Kickboxing: Sport of the Future

Exercise the mind; Exercise the body
Say Anything’s Lloyd Dobler is a great man. He really knows how to rock a trench coat, he has great taste in boombox music, and he was right about the sport of the future: kickboxing.
Kickboxing works your mind as well as your body. It provides low impact cardio, can be done anywhere, and adds a cathartic aspect to exercise. Since spring 2020, I have been a member of Christa DiPaolo’s Boxing & Bubbles kickboxing site christadipaolo.com which provides access to a wide library of video categories including warmups and cool downs, body area focused workouts, and full body workouts that you can compile into custom playlists.
It’s something I have been loving, so I wanted to share it with you, but really any way you can work your body - from taking a walk to doing an ironman race, is going to be an important balance to the reading, thinking, strategizing, and designing that works your brain.
Exercise the mind; Exercise the body.
